  Upon special requests Trans Auto International Trading can provide full scale design service from the concept prototyping up to mass production implementation. The design and integration service can be of different levels of complicity: from simple mounting brackets up to full scale vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.

Heavy Duty Rolling Chassis & Protective Solutions

Trans Auto International Trading already has in its portfolio designed and proven chassis for 4x4 and 6x6 vehicles with different wheel bases and load capacities from 8000 kg up to 27000 kg. Depends on customer requirements, different power units and axles/suspension systems could be integrated in the chassis:

â—‹ Turbo-diesel engines with low, medium or high power/torque parameters

â—‹ Automatic or manual transmissions

â—‹ Two-speed transfer cases or single speed drop-boxes

â—‹ Rigid axles with coil springs or leaf springs suspension

â—‹ Fully independent suspension axle systems

Additionally, special cooling solutions could be provided:

â—‹ Custom-made cooling systems for power unit

â—‹ HVAC systems:

â—‹ Small air conditioning units for vehicle cabin (with or without built-in heater)
